In the context of our multicultural and fast-changing society, more and more large companies have chosen to adopt a more complex business strategy, by adhering to and implementing a series of social responsibility initiatives, thus becoming a much-needed instrument for change, in addition to serving their customer base. By engaging in well-structured social responsibility projects and long-term sustainability policies, these multinational corporations have transformed into more holistic enterprises, focusing on adopting a more mature social, cultural and environmental mindset. An important example of this is Coca-Cola Company and the many targeted policies undertaken by this commercial powerhouse. By implementing these practices into their overall business strategy, Coca-Cola aims at improving society and contributing in many areas, thus striving to solidify itself in the marketplace as a more inclusive and mature player. Career in general and management career in particular is an essential issue facing both public and private organizations. The career system of civil servants in the Romanian public administration presents a number of particularities, and over time, in order to modernize and make it more transparent, has undergone a number of changes. This study analyses the main factors that directly or indirectly contribute to or affect the Romanian public administration career development of civil servants through promotion to middle and top management positions. Starting from the main objective of the research, an exploratory study, both descriptive and explanatory, was carried out based on the analysis of the legislation in force, literature and secondary documents collected from the reports of the institutions with attributions in the @ield. Enhancing enterprise management and streamlining business processes can be achieved through the use of a variety of IT tools and means, most notably integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) IT management systems. The considerable functional scope of ERP systems enables IT support of almost all areas of enterprise activity. Cloud ERP is a trend in the development of ERP systems that is relatively new and gaining popularity in recent years. In recent years, there has been growing interest in ERP systems offered in the Cloud Computing model (Cloud ERP), as their ease of implementation, lack of need for in-house IT infrastructure, and low input costs mean that smaller companies can also beneit from this class of systems.
